Availability: All our products are produced in limited editions. If by any chance the availability of a product has changed after ordering, we will inform you immediately by email. You will be able then to change or cancel the order.
Colors and Dimantions: Due to the different display monitors, the colors of the products featured on our website may vary slightly. Also, because our scarves are handmade with hand-rolled finishes, the dimensions may vary a littlle bit from item to item.
Order confirmation & Delivery: After the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In a seperate email you will also receive the tracking number of your order. Usually the order is procceed within 24 hours and delivered in 5-10 working days through post. In case of loss/damage during transit or order delay Iridienne and it's parent company Omorfos Kosmos do not have any responsibility.
Customers can return their purchases by post within 14 days. We only accept products returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original package. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sales products. Also, we do not offer refunds and exchange orders more than once. Additionally, the return/exchange shipping expenses are borne by the customer. Once the returned product is verified as not damaged/altered, we will send the new product at our expense or refund. If the product is damaged, we will not be able to exchange it and we will send it back at the customer's expense.
